Project Overview

This project was unique in that we took over a project that was started by another investor who had to stop for health reasons.  The property consists of a 6 unit apartment building that had been gutted and rebuilt to condo standards as well as 6 townhomes that had been gutted but not rebuilt when we took over.

Sensing a need in the market, the townhomes were built as luxury one bedroom units, each with finished basements.  The units were renovated to condo standards with modern kitchens, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, LED lighting, and porcelain tile floor. 

Property was purchased in 2019 for $1,800,000 with capital exited at 100 LTC using CMHC financing in 2020. Property has recently been appraised at $3,500,000.
