Reliable quartely income plus capital appreciation.

Invest Like a Millionaire

Real estate investing has traditionally been reserved for the mega-wealthy. We believe every Canadian should have the right to own a piece of the land they call home. At HoneyTree, we have democratized access to big-return investments so that you can have a seat at the big table.

Invest your RRSP, TFSA, and other registered funds

Did you know that your RRSP can be invested in real estate? Now you can transfer your registered funds to HoneyTree and use your RRSP and TFSA to participate in investment opportunities. Your investment will grow like never before while offering you tax efficiencies.

Attention all union members! If you’re over 55 and have an RRSP through your union, contact us today and transfer it into real estate!

The HoneyTree REIT

The HoneyTree Real Estate Trust (The “Fund”) offers investors the opportunity to participate in the next generation of short term accommodations, AirBNB and hospitality asset ownership. The Fund will acquire boutique hotels and Short Term Rental (STR) properties in premier destinations throughout Canada (and eventually, beyond), which may be leased to, and operated by, a HoneyTree Affiliate.

Investors receive cash flow from rental income and interest from loans and capital appreciation from growth of value of properties.

Targeted Annual Net Return of 12%‑16% (over 10-year period).
